Agreement.
Be it known by this to certify that I Chang Ching, a native of the town or village of Yonge Saw in China, aged 45 years, have agreed with Sir Don Francisco Tin R. Ferran, on behalf of Don Agustin settled in Habana, to embark for the said Port in the Ship which may be allotted to me, under the following conditions:-
1st. I bind myself to work in the Island of Cuba under the orders of the said Don Agustin, or of any other person to whom this agreement may be transferred, for
